Shipping & deliveryWhere is my order?
Feeding mats are usually dispatched in 1–2 business days. Check your shipping confirmation for tracking, and allow around 4–7 business days for delivery overall.
If your order is taking longer than expected, send us your order number and we’ll help you check.
Can I change my personalisation?
Check the spelling and design in the live preview before you order. If you spot a mistake afterwards, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need.
We’ll check whether we can update it before it’s made.
Something isn’t quite right?
Tell us what’s happened and include your order number. If a photo would help, email it to support@tomopets.com.au.
